Free Trial (14 Days)

  • No credit card required to start your trial
  • Full access to all Trader tier features
  • Cancel anytime with one click
  • No obligation, no automatic charges

If you don't actively subscribe after your trial ends, nothing happens. We don't store payment details during trials.

Refund Windows

First 30 Days (Full Refund)

If you subscribe and decide Vega isn't right for you within the first 30 days:

  • Contact us at support@vegacryptostrategies.com
  • Receive a full refund within 5-7 business days
  • No questions asked (though feedback helps us improve)

Days 31-60 (Prorated Refund)

If you cancel between days 31-60, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.

After 60 Days

After 60 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for past billing periods. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges—your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Performance Guarantee Freeze

Separately from refunds, our Performance Guarantee means we automatically freeze your payments if our models underperform. You keep full access—we just stop charging until performance recovers.

This isn't a refund—it's us not charging you when we're not delivering value.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience significant platform downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using Vega, contact support. We'll credit your account or extend your subscription proportionally.

Duplicate Charges

If you're accidentally charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us immediately. We'll refund the duplicate/incorrect charge within 48 hours.
