Is there a free trial?
Yes. Explorer tier is free forever (limited features). The Trader tier includes a 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required. Quant tier trials are available on a selective basis - contact us to discuss.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfer (Enterprise). Cryptocurrency payments available for annual plans.
Do you offer refunds?
